The bottle, pump, cap, collar, decoration and carton may each have a different minimum. Ask for the usable quantity after process loss and spare parts, not only the headline MOQ. Standardising colours or components across several fragrances can reduce leftover inventory.
Freeze a launch-ready specification
Before the purchase order, align the bill of materials, drawings, artwork, golden samples, quality plan, packing method and commercial terms. Assign one revision and require written confirmation of changes. This reduces the risk of an attractive sample turning into an inconsistent bulk shipment.
