Begin with the brand behaviour

Design for glass distribution
Sharp transitions, extreme corners and very heavy bases can make glass distribution harder to control. Work with the glass engineer on radii, wall transitions, push-up, base thickness and mould parting lines. A technically informed drawing reduces sampling rounds and unexpected cosmetic defects.
Prototype the whole pack
Review 3D form, cap proportion, pump height and box fit together. A cap that looks correct in a render may feel oversized in hand or create an inefficient carton. Prototype key dimensions before cutting production tooling, then retain approved drawings and samples as the controlled design record.
