Designed for shelf presence
A 100ml bottle offers a larger decoration area and stronger visual impact. The additional glass and filled weight make carton design and transport testing especially important.
Technical checkpoints
Confirm full capacity, glass distribution, base weight, closure retention, leakage, unit weight, carton quantity and gross weight before freight planning.
Validate the full shipping configuration
A 100ml bottle should be checked filled and decorated in the intended divider, master carton and pallet pattern. Bottle weight, cap mass and remaining headspace all affect compression, abrasion and drop behaviour; a glass sample by itself cannot demonstrate export readiness.
A 100ml RFQ that suppliers can price accurately
Include the target annual and first-order quantity, destination market, filled weight estimate, preferred cap material, decoration coverage, carton constraints and delivery route. This allows the quotation to separate glass, dispensing components, decoration, assembly and export packing instead of hiding the packaging stack behind one bottle price.
