A balanced core format
Fifty millilitres provides enough surface area for visual branding while keeping the package comfortable in hand and practical for international distribution.
Build the set, not only the bottle
Confirm the pump dosage, collar diameter, cap engagement, dip tube and decoration tolerances together. A matching nominal neck alone is not sufficient evidence of compatibility.
30ml, 50ml and 100ml: a practical range decision
| Format | Best fit | Priority to validate |
|---|---|---|
| 30ml | Discovery retail, gifting and compact collections | Label area, cap proportion and insert fit |
| 50ml | Core premium and everyday retail line | Grip, decoration area and component matching |
| 100ml | Flagship, value and statement formats | Filled weight, master carton and transport performance |
Keep one range, not three isolated bottles
When a launch uses more than one capacity, align the silhouette, closure family, colour standard and secondary-pack language early. Where the glass geometry differs, approve each capacity as its own packaging stack rather than assuming that a cap or pump setting transfers unchanged.
